Plan Description
Welcome to Athletic Mentors' Beginner Half Distance Triathlon specially for the Grand Rapids Triathlon.
In the first week, we will test every discipline; Swim, Bike, and Run, then use the results to set training zones for this plan. After test week, there will be two base weeks followed by a recovery week before we build upon the base fitness and finally taper for race day.
