From the cool, glassy waters of Lake Cahuilla to the smooth, aero-friendly loops through the Thermal Raceway and the spectator-lined run at Silver Rock Golf Resort—this course rewards those who arrive primed, not just fit.

Our Advanced 44-Week Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is crafted for high-performance athletes who want time to build deep, durable fitness—without shortcuts or guesswork.

Serious athletes don’t cram for race day. This plan gives you the long runway needed to layer fitness, absorb volume, and peak with precision—not panic. The first 12 weeks focus on base-building: aerobic development, swim mechanics, functional strength, and metabolic efficiency.

⚙️ What follows is a masterclass in endurance training—a 32-week progressive build using a 3:1 work/recovery cycle designed to push your limits without breaking you. Peak training reaches 14 hours/week, emphasizing quality over junk miles.
