The program begins with a 12-week base phase that builds swim confidence and endurance—perfect for the calm, two-loop 1.9 km swim course in Buenos Aires’ scenic Lago Regatas. Technique-focused video drills help you develop efficient form, so you’ll feel strong from the first stroke.

As you progress into the 24-week Half Distance Triathlon-specific phase, structured bike sessions on RPE and heart rate prepare you to maintain power and speed across the flat, 90 km three-loop ride. Endurance rides, tempo intervals, and bike-run bricks mirror race-day demands, ensuring you're ready for a steady, confident ride on the iconic Buenos Aires Highway.
