This 44-week triathlon training plan is engineered to prepare you for the unique demands of the Bahrain course—from the warm 73°F (23°C) waters in front of Reef Island to the scenic yet fast-paced bike ride past the World Trade Centre and Bahrain International Circuit, and the vibrant, spectator-lined run through the Financial Harbour.
