With its warm 73°F (23°C) open water swim off Reef Island, a fast 90 km bike course past iconic landmarks like the Bahrain World Trade Centre and the International Circuit, and a spectator-friendly 4-loop run along the Financial Harbour, you’ll need more than just grit—you’ll need a smart, strategic training plan.
