The Bahrain Half Distance Triathlon course demands precision, power, and endurance—qualities this 6-month Advanced Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan was built to deliver.

🏊‍♂️ Swim (1.9 km) – The calm, 73°F (23°C) water in front of Reef Island sets the tone for race day. Our structured aerobic swim sessions prepare you to confidently navigate this one-loop, L-shaped course with sustained, efficient strokes and pacing strategies.

🚴 Bike (90 km) – A single-lap route taking you past the iconic Bahrain World Trade Centre and the high-speed Bahrain International Circuit demands both stamina and sustained power. This plan includes VO2 max intervals and threshold training to build the strength needed to handle long, flat stretches at speed—plus wind management techniques for desert-like conditions.

🏃 Run (21.1 km) – You’ll tackle four fast-paced loops from Reef Island to Financial Harbour, where crowd support will push your limits. Our training incorporates anaerobic power intervals and aerobic endurance runs—so when the energy peaks around you, you're ready to surge.
