🚴 Crush the Flat, Fast 90KM Bike Course
This three-lap bike leg is perfect for personal records — if you’re ready. That’s why our plan incorporates progressive strength and endurance rides, RPE/Heart Rate guided intervals, and VO2 max sessions to simulate race-day surges and sustained effort on smooth terrain.
