This beginner-focused 36-week Half Distance Triathlon training plan is built specifically for first-time triathletes like you—no prior race experience or big training base needed.

We guide you step by step to help you feel confident and prepared for the swim, bike, and run—on one of Asia’s most scenic triathlon courses.

You’ll start by mastering the calm, warm waves of Miramar Beach (78°F / 26°C) with easy-to-follow swim drills and technique videos. You’ll build the skills to complete the one-lap, 1.9 km triangular swim with ease—even if you’re new to open water.

🚴 Ride Strong Through Goa’s Coastal Roads
Goa’s 90 km bike course is fast and forgiving, with minimal climbing and long straightaways across landmarks like the stunning Zuari Bridge. We ease you into structured bike workouts using Rate of Perceived Effort or Heart Rate—no expensive gear or fancy data needed to start!

🏃‍♂️ Run Proud to the Finish
The 21.1 km run loops past the Governor’s Palace—ranked among the Top 3 Half Distance Triathlon run courses in Asia. Our plan builds your endurance gradually with walk-run options, tempo sessions, and run pacing strategies, so you’ll feel strong all the way to the final step.
