Through carefully structured interval training based on heart rate and effort, you’ll develop the power and endurance to own every kilometer of this scenic route.

🏃‍♂️ Run with Stamina and Grace: The three-loop, 21.1 km run course to the Governor’s Palace is one of Asia’s top Half Distance Triathlon routes. Our plan builds your tempo and threshold running skills, helping you maintain a steady, confident pace to cross the finish line strong.
