This 24-week Intermediate Triathlon Training Plan is built for athletes who can currently complete an Olympic distance triathlon and are ready to push for a personal best or Age Group podium finish in paradise as this plan assumes you have a solid base of fitness and the commitment to train 7โ12 hours per week.

The 90 km bike course, featuring the stunning Zuari Bridge, is fast and scenic with minimal climbing. Our structured interval rides, based on Heart Rate & Power, will build the stamina and control you need for high-speed output on flat terrain.
