Plan Description

This 24-week Intermediate Triathlon Training Plan is built for athletes who can currently complete an Olympic distance triathlon and are ready to push for a personal best or Age Group podium finish in paradise as this plan assumes you have a solid base of fitness and the commitment to train 7–12 hours per week.

🏊 Swim Ready for Miramar Beach
Goa’s calm, warm waters set the stage for a fast 1.9 km swim. Our swim sessions include open water drills, video-based technique work, and pacing strategies so you build confidence and efficiency stroke by stroke.

🚴 Bike the Coastal Flats with Power
The 90 km bike course, featuring the stunning Zuari Bridge, is fast and scenic with minimal climbing. Our structured interval rides, based on Heart Rate & Power, will build the stamina and control you need for high-speed output on flat terrain.

🏃 Master the Top 3 Run Course in Asia
The three-loop 21.1 km run from Miramar Beach to the Governor’s Palace demands smart pacing and resilience. You’ll train with focused tempo runs, track sessions, and race-day pacing strategies tailored to heat and repetition.

💪 Stronger Every Week
