The Langkawi Half Distance Triathlon is no ordinary race. From a warm open-water swim in the turquoise bay of Pantai Kok to the scenic, rolling hills of the 91km bike course, and finally, a flat yet humid run along the Pantai Chenang shoreline—it’s a journey that demands heart, grit, and preparation. That’s where we come in.

💪 Foundational Strength: The first 12 weeks help you build fitness from the ground up—no previous triathlon experience required. You'll develop solid swim technique with guided drills, build endurance with run/walk sessions, and start strength training with easy-to-follow video support*.

🏊 Swim-Ready for Race Day: We know warm water and open seas can be intimidating. That’s why our plan includes confidence-building swim workouts designed to get you comfortable in non-wetsuit conditions, just like Langkawi.

🚴 Smart, Steady Cycling Progress: As the weeks build, so will your confidence on the bike. You’ll train for the real-world terrain of Langkawi, including manageable climbs and open, sun-exposed roads. We’ll help you pace wisely and hydrate smart.

🏃 Beat the Heat: The run in Langkawi is flat, but the humidity is real. You’ll adapt gradually through run workouts designed to help you stay strong and steady—no matter how warm it gets.
