We start gently with 12 weeks of building your base fitness, strength, and swim with confidence in because every champion begins with a solid foundation. As your training hours grow from 9.5 to 14 per week, you’ll build endurance, power, and technique, all while staying injury-free and motivated.

What’s truly special? “B” and “C” races are built into the plan, so you can safely test your pacing, nutrition, and mindset before your main event.
