You'll arrive on race day ready to own the ocean. Progressive swim workouts—starting with foundational technique and building toward race-paced endurance—get you comfortable in open water and confident in Riviera Nayarit’s calm, scenic conditions.

🚴‍♂️ Bike – 90 km of Rolling Coastal Roads and Villages
Ride stronger, longer, and smarter. This plan mimics the course’s tropical rollers with power-focused intervals, long aerobic rides, and smart pacing strategies to ensure you're ready to cruise through smooth roads and coastal views without burning out.

🏃‍♀️ Run – 21.1 km Oceanfront and Shaded Trails
From endurance-building long runs to tempo and threshold sessions, you'll be fully prepared for a fast finish on Riviera Nayarit’s energizing oceanfront paths and shaded trails.
