The 1.9 km ocean swim in Riviera Nayarit offers calm conditions—but that doesn't mean you can wing it. Our plan integrates open-water simulation sets, tempo efforts, and race-day pacing practice so you enter the water calm, confident, and in control.

Covering 90 km through lush coastlines and vibrant local villages, this course is a mix of flat, fast terrain and scenic distraction. Weekly long rides, targeted tempo sessions, and progressive brick workouts prepare your legs to power through with efficiency and endurance.

🏃‍♂️ Run Strong on Coastal Trails
The 21.1 km run along shaded oceanfront trails is no place to fade. You'll train with VO2 max intervals, threshold workouts, and race-specific bricks to build the mental and physical stamina needed for a strong finish, no matter the heat or terrain.
