🚴‍♀️ The plan builds your power and endurance for the scenic 56-mile bike course through gently rolling Texas hills and long flat stretches—perfect for pushing your limits and chasing a personal best.

🏃‍♂️ For the 13.1-mile run along the Brazos River trail, crossing historic bridges and finishing strong at the Waco Suspension Bridge, you’ll develop stamina and speed with structured tempo runs and brick workouts.
