The 1.9K swim in Guarapiranga Reservoir is calm and scenic—but open water can be intimidating if you’re new. Don’t worry! We start with technique-focused swim drills and gradually build your confidence. With warm water and no harsh currents, you'll feel ready come race day.
🚴 Bike like a boss
São Paulo’s 90K bike course is flat and fast—ideal for beginners. You’ll train on structured rides that use simple RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) or heart rate to help you learn pacing and build real-world strength. No fancy gear needed—just a commitment to showing up.
🏃 Run strong to the finish
The 21.1K run winds through parks and neighborhoods and is one of the flattest you’ll find. Our plan includes easy-to-follow jog/walk sessions at first, and gradually adds intervals and endurance runs to get you comfortable covering the distance—and crossing that finish line with pride.
