🏊 Swim: The plan begins with a 12-week Base Training Phase that includes swim drills with guided video instruction, helping you glide through Cozumel’s warm 84°F (29°C) ocean with ease. You’ll develop open water confidence and pacing skills ideal for the self-seeded rolling start and current-friendly conditions.

🚴 Bike: Cozumel’s flat, fast 90KM loop demands steady endurance and smart effort management. This plan progressively builds from 7 to 12 hours per week, targeting aerobic fitness and leg strength through RPE- and heart-rate-based rides. You’ll train specifically for the demands of sustained flat-terrain effort in warm, humid conditions.

🏃 Run: The spectator-packed 21KM double-loop course along Cozumel’s iconic waterfront and downtown plaza requires both stamina and mental toughness. Our program includes tempo runs, brick sessions, and hydration strategy guidance to help you thrive on race day—without burning out in the tropical heat.
