This 36-week beginner training plan is your roadmap from “Can I really do this?” to “I DID IT.”

The first 12 weeks focus on building a strong foundation—no pressure, no high mileage. Just gradual, smart training to help your body adapt. You’ll learn proper form, build endurance, and gain confidence in the water with guided video swim drills that make the Adriatic swim feel approachable, even exciting.

Explore the rhythm of structured bike sessions tailored to heart rate and effort. You'll be ready to take on the beautiful one-loop course through Romagna’s countryside, passing the pink salt pans and iconic flamingos with strength in your legs—and a smile on your face.
