Plan Description
This 16-week training plan will suit best for those athletes who wish to train efficiently and smart towards their A-race. To start with this structured workouts it is best if you have some basic kilometres in each discipline (swimming, cycling and running) but it is not necessary. It is designed in a way that gradually increases volume and intensity - with proper training load and periodization model.
Swimming - no need for any extra equipment - training based on your test times.
Cycling - you will need heart rate monitor, power/cadence meter recommended.
Running - you will need heart rate monitor and GPS watch.
Communication over e-mail with Coach.
Coaching by Primoz Kirn - Master's degree in sport coaching, certified endurance coach, Faculty of Sports Ljubljana, Slovenia.
