Zero To Hero Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan | Max 1 session a day

If you're new to the sport or have very limited time to train but want to get through a middle distance event the best you can despite the time or experience limitations this program is for you. Over the years World Champion Triathlete Tim Reed and the other expert RPG coaches have achieved enormous success coaching athletes to remarkable results over the 'Sprint', 'Standard' and the 'Middle/70.3' and Full/Iron Distance. From the time crunched working age group parent through to professional Ironman victories and podiums, quite simply the training principles we build our plans really work.
This plan incorporates the core principles that underpin the success we've achieved with RPG athletes and every session has far more detail to not only give you an understanding exactly of what you're supposed to be doing in the session but also an understanding as to why you're doing the session.
This particular program, while it has some flexibility, with sessions level of priority clearly displayed and volume options within the sessions. We strongly encourage you to join the RPG Membership so you can use the membership platform to ask all the questions you may have regarding the program, your event and any other endurance sports related queries you might have. Training up for a middle distance triathlon is a steep learning curve and having the support and knowledge of the RPG team will greatly help with that learning curve/p>
