If you're preparing for the Half Distance Triathlon in Weymouth, this 44-week advanced training plan is built to give you a performance edge. With its open-water bay swim, rolling countryside bike course, and flat, fast coastal run, Weymouth is both stunning and deceptively demanding. This plan ensures you arrive ready—mentally and physically—to handle every turn, climb, and surge on race day.
