You'll practice key swim drills with video guidance to improve your technique and efficiency—essential for navigating the calm, one-loop course in Lake Monona. With structured heart rate-based swim sessions, you’ll build comfort and confidence in open water well before race day.

🚴 Conquer the Madison Hills
Over 24 weeks of race-specific training, you'll steadily build from 7 to 12 hours of weekly volume. Focused hill workouts and endurance rides prepare your body for the 2,000+ ft of climbing on the scenic 56-mile bike course through Madison’s countryside. By including progressive brick sessions, the plan trains your body to transition smoothly from bike to run—just like on race day.
