Plan Description

This 12 week plan includes 2 swims, 2 cycling, and 2 run sessions each week. It also includes a daily mobility routine and 4 x 20-30 minute strength sessions each week. The sessions can be completed based on power and pace, but also based on perceived effort. The purpose of this plan is to have the athlete build strength and increase mobility over a 12 week period, while also allowing them to maintain a solid aerobic base of swimming, cycling, and running for their upcoming season.
