You'll start your race in the clear, wetsuit-legal waters of Lucky Peak. Our plan’s first 12 weeks focus on foundational strength and technique—including swim drills and instructional videos—so you feel efficient and calm in open water.

The 56-mile bike segment features fast descents, rolling terrain, and long stretches through Boise’s countryside.
