With a 1.2-mile swim downriver in the Willamette, a 56-mile rolling bike course along country roads, and a flat 13.1-mile run through a nature preserve, this event is designed for speed, strategy, and endurance. To meet these unique demands, your training must be smart, structured, and targeted.
