The Half Distance Triathlon Musselman in Geneva, New York, offers athletes a rewarding challenge set against the picturesque backdrop of the Finger Lakes. With a 1.2-mile swim in Seneca Lake, a scenic 56-mile bike ride through rural valleys, and a 13.1-mile run weaving along the lake and through Hobart and William Smith College, this event demands more than fitness—it calls for a strategic and intelligent approach to training.
