Half Distance 70.3 Triathlon Rockford, Illinois: Course Overview
Swim: The 1.2-mile swim takes place in the Rock River, starting near the Rock Guardians sculptures and ending at Davis Park. The average water temperature is 79°F (26°C), offering ideal conditions.

Bike: The 56-mile bike course features gently rolling hills and scenic farmland north of Rockford. Athletes will pass through Rockton Township before returning from the west.

Run: The 13.1-mile run is a two-loop course along the Rock River's banks, showcasing river views and scenic neighborhoods. The race finishes in downtown Rockford, with an average air temperature of 81°F (27°C).
