Plan Description

The Half Distance 70.3 Triathlon in San Andrés Columbia features a 1,900-meter swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, offering ideal conditions with an average water temperature of 82°F (28°C).

The 90-kilometer bike course consists of two flat laps around the island, providing spectacular views of the Caribbean.

The 21-kilometer run is also flat, with athletes completing three laps along the ocean, finishing on a red carpet framed by palm trees. Average race day air temperature is 82°F (28°C), making for a picturesque and memorable race experience

About The 44WK Beginner Training Plan -
