Begin with a calm 1.2-mile swim in Foster Joseph Sayers Lake, then take on a scenic and challenging 56-mile bike ride through Happy Valley’s rolling hills and farmland, including climbs over Hublers Ridge and Pleasant Gap. Cap it off with a 13.1-mile run through the iconic Penn State University campus, finishing at the 50-yard line in Beaver Stadium.
