With its crystal-clear 1.2-mile swim in Lake Coeur d’Alene, a demanding 56-mile bike ride with over 2,600 feet of climbing, and a two-loop, 13.1-mile rolling run, this course tests your endurance, strength, and mental preparation. That’s exactly why this 44-week Intermediate Training Plan was built—to prepare you for the specific demands of this iconic race.
