The plan prepares you for the calm, clear waters of this 1.2-mile swim by integrating progressive open water swim workouts and structured drills. You'll build the endurance and technique needed for the clockwise course with confidence.

🚴 Conquer the 56-Mile Bike Course with 2,644 ft of Elevation Gain:
We strategically incorporate hill training, long tempo rides, and interval sessions to mirror the demands of Coeur d’Alene’s challenging terrain. Expect to develop power, pacing strategy, and muscular endurance week by week.

🏃 Excel on the Two-Loop Rolling Run Course:
