🏞️The Half Distance Triathlon in Goseong, Korea, is a race like no other—set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of mountains and sea, it’s both scenic and demanding. With a 1.9km ocean swim, a 90.1km rolling bike through Hallyeohaesang National Park, and a three-loop run past towering Bald Cypress trees, success requires more than just effort—it demands purpose-driven training.

That’s where the Six-Month Half Distance Triathlon Intermediate Training Plan comes in.
