Get ready to train smarter, not harder, for the Half Distance Triathlon Western Massachusetts. With a race course offering fast swim times, scenic bike terrain, and a rolling run through Forest Park, this triathlon rewards preparation and precision. Our 44-week beginner training plan is designed to help you peak on race day—no guesswork, no fluff, just results.
