Our 36-week beginner training plan is expertly designed for athletes of all levels—no prior triathlon experience or base mileage required. If you’re ready to commit, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

✅ Swim (1.9km) at Lake Zegrzyński
Start strong with calm, warm waters near Nieporęt Port. Our plan includes swim drills and technique-focused sessions to boost your confidence in open water.

✅ Bike (90km) into the Heart of the City
Enjoy a flat, fast course ideal for a personal best. Ride past historic sites like the Warsaw Citadel, Old Town, and National Stadium. Our training includes structured intervals and pacing strategies to help you crush the course.
