Picture this: you start your day with a sunrise swim in Pauoa Bay’s crystal-clear waters, ride through ancient lava fields along the historic northern coast, then finish with a scenic run around the Mauna Lani Golf Course—all in paradise.

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ To get you to that magical finish line at Honu Pointe, we’ve created the Beginner’s Six-Month Half Distance Triathlon Plan, designed specifically for first-time triathletes preparing for this incredible course.
