Plan Description
HALF DISTANCE TRIATHLON VICTORIA CANADA - The 1.9KM swim portion takes place in the calm and clear waters of Elk Lake, one of the most picturesque and pristine lakes in the region. You'll start with a rolling start and swim along a triangular course marked by buoys, with water safety personnel keeping a watchful eye at all times.
Next up is the 90KM bike course, which takes you on a challenging and scenic tour of the island. You'll encounter rolling hills, flat stretches, and winding turns as you make your way along the course, which includes stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, mountain ranges, and lush forests. The course is well-marked and well-supported, with aid stations and volunteers along the way to keep you fueled and hydrated.
Finally, you'll take on the 21.1KM run course, which features a mix of flat and hilly terrain and takes you through some of Victoria's most iconic neighborhoods and landmarks. You'll cross the finish line at the scenic Victoria Inner Harbour, surrounded by cheering crowds and the beauty of the city.
