Are you ready to rise to the challenge of the Half Distance Triathlon Victoria Canada? Our Advanced 44-Week Training Plan is built specifically for athletes like you who are serious about excelling in one of the most scenic and demanding races in British Columbia.

Course Highlights:
🏊‍♂️ 1.9 km Swim – Begin at Hamsterly Beach Park with a single-loop swim in Elk Lake. Navigate south with buoys on your right before heading north to finish at shore.

🚴‍♂️ 90 km Bike – Tackle over 3,000 feet of elevation through four municipalities. Take in breathtaking views of Haro Strait, the Coastal Mountains, and Saanich Inlet with full safety support and three aid stations.

🏃‍♂️ 21.1 km Run – Finish strong with a two-loop trail run around Elk and Beaver Lake, ending back at Hamsterly Beach.

🌤️ Avg Temp: 62°F / 17°C – Ideal conditions for peak performance.
