Our 6-Month Advanced Half Distance Triathlon Training Plan is designed for experienced athletes who want to own the course, from the cool waters of Elk Lake to the hilly, scenic roads surrounding Saanich Inlet and the rugged trails of Beaver Lake.

This race demands more than a casual approach. With over 3000 feet of climbing on the bike, a two-loop trail run, and an open-water single-loop swim, your preparation needs to match the challenge.
