Start your race in the clear, calm waters of Hardtsee in Ubstadt-Weiher. With average temperatures around 73°F (23°C), this pristine 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim sets the tone for your day. Our plan integrates frequent open-water swim sessions, so you’re fully prepared for the dynamic conditions and confident from the first stroke.

🚴‍♀️ Tackle the Legendary Kraichgau Bike Course
Ride strong through scenic vineyards, forests, and rolling terrain in one of Germany’s most breathtaking triathlon regions. The 90 km (56 mile) bike leg features sustained climbs and fast descents. Our program emphasizes progressive tempo rides, strength-building hill intervals, and long endurance efforts to match the demands of this one-loop course.

End your race with a 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run through the beautiful streets of Bad Schönborn. With three flat laps and vibrant spectator support, our training prepares you for sustained pace control and mental sharpness. You’ll benefit from targeted brick workouts, race-pace interval sessions, and structured recovery that enhances durability and speed.
