Your journey begins at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort, where you'll tackle a 1.9km non-wetsuit swim in warm tropical waters. Our program focuses early on swimming efficiency and technique, so you’ll feel confident in open water and strong through every stroke of the clockwise loop.

🚴 Power Through the Rolling Terrain
The 90km two-loop bike course is both scenic and challenging, with rolling terrain that demands smart pacing and solid strength. From day one, we emphasize functional strength training and introduce structured bike intervals, preparing you to conquer those climbs and maintain speed through the flats.

🏃 Finish Fast on the Shaded Run
The final leg—a 21.1km run through shaded roads and past iconic landmarks like the Ferry Terminal and Anantara—is where mental and physical endurance meet. With tempo runs, track sessions, and brick workouts layered in throughout your plan, you'll build the stamina and speed to finish strong in Malaysia’s tropical conditions.
