Are you ready to take on the breathtaking challenge of the Half Distance Triathlon in Da Nang, Vietnam? From the rolling-start 1.9km ocean swim with warm 81.7°F (28°C) waters to a stunning 90km coastal bike ride and a 21.1km run along Truong Sa Beach, this race demands more than willpower—it requires smart, strategic preparation.

That’s why we created the 36-Week Advanced Training Blueprint, engineered specifically for high performance athletes like you aiming to race strong and finish proud.

Why This Plan Works for Da Nang
Our program is built in two strategic phases:

12 Weeks of Base Training: Develop rock-solid strength, aerobic capacity, and technique in each discipline.

24 Weeks of Race-Specific Build: Dial in your fitness with progressive overload and advanced endurance training.
