Racing the Half Distance Triathlon in Port Macquarie means you're taking on one of Australia's most scenic and demanding courses. With a calm 1.9km swim in the Hastings River, a 90km bike ride featuring coastal views and steep climbs on Matthew Flinders Drive, and a 21.1km run along Port Macquarie’s vibrant shoreline, this race demands a well-rounded and highly specific training approach.

That’s where the Six-Month Half Distance Triathlon Port Macquarie Intermediate Training Plan comes in. Designed for athletes who have already completed an Olympic distance triathlon and built a solid endurance base, this plan helps you step up with purpose and perform at your best.
