Racing the Half Distance Triathlon Alcudia Mallorca isn’t just about crossing the finish line—it’s about thriving through every stroke, climb, and stride on one of the most scenic courses in Europe. Held on the stunning island of Mallorca, this race combines a 1.9 km swim in the Mediterranean’s crystal-clear waters, a challenging 90 km ride through hilly countryside with 800m of elevation gain, and a 21.1 km flat run through the lively streets of Alcúdia. It’s breathtaking—and brutal. That’s why your training needs to be smarter, stronger, and built to last.

Our 44-Week Beginner Training Plan is specifically designed to prepare you for this exact experience.

Forget the fluff. This plan starts with 12 weeks of structured base training to build real strength, endurance, and conditioning—no guesswork required. Then, we guide you through 32 weeks of targeted Half Distance Triathlon training. You’ll start at 9.5 hours per week and build up to 14 hours, precisely scaled to help your body adapt, recover, and peak right on race day.
