Set on the breathtaking island of Mallorca, this race features a 1.9 km swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean, a hilly 90 km bike ride through lush countryside, and a flat, fast 21.1 km run through the charming streets of Alcúdia. This plan ensures you're fully prepared for every segment of this unforgettable event.
Whether you're brand new to the sport or returning after time away, this program is your strategic path to race-day readiness. The first 12 weeks focus on developing your aerobic base, building muscular strength, and improving swim technique with guided video drills. Every bike and run workout is carefully structured by Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE) and heart rate, so you're always training with purpose and precision.
The next 24 weeks guide you through progressive endurance, tempo sessions, and race-specific workouts, including open-water swim prep and multi-discipline brick training. You'll start with just 7 hours of training per week and gradually peak at 12, giving your body time to adapt, recover, and perform.
