HALF DIST Alcúdia-Mallorca in Spain begins with a 1.9km swim in the tranquil, turquoise waters of Playa d'Alcudia. This swim features a rolling start and is followed by a 100-meter stretch of red carpet lined with cheering spectators.
Participants then embark on a single-lap, 90km bike ride with an 800m elevation gain, showcasing the island's stunning landscapes including the Mediterranean Sea, the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and charming inland villages. Key points on the bike route include the Coll de Femenia and the highest point at Coll de la Batalla at 576m above sea level.
The race concludes with a flat, three-loop 21.1km run along Alcúdia Bay, with the finish line situated near the swim start. The average air temperature is 77°F (25°C).
