The swim in the Gulf of Mexico can offer both beauty and unpredictability. Our plan integrates open water skills, sighting drills, and confidence-building swim sets to help you navigate currents, choppy water, and potential marine life—so you're prepared no matter what the sea delivers.
🚴 Crush the Flat & Fast Bike
With 56 miles of mostly flat road and light rolling terrain through Pine Log State Forest, you'll need power, aerobar control, and pacing precision. Our bike workouts build sustained aerobic strength and speed through heart rate and power-based intervals, mimicking the flat course's demands for sustained output.
