This course is unique: a calm ocean swim, a flat and fast highway bike, and a scenic run through lush terrain and Cap Cana’s iconic marina. But race day brings heat—expect air temps near 89°F (32°C) and ocean water at 83°F (28°C). Our plan is tailored to build heat resilience, aerobic efficiency, and pacing strategy so you can thrive—not just survive—on race day.

✅ 12-Week Base Phase: No experience? No problem. This phase builds your aerobic foundation, mobility, and durability.
