To master this event, you need a structured plan built for performance. This 36-week Intermediate Training Plan is engineered for athletes like you.
🔥 Phase 1: 12 Weeks of Foundation
Start strong with a progressive endurance base that primes your body for peak adaptation. Whether you're building back or starting fresh, this phase includes aerobic development, mobility work, and early strength training to prevent injury and set your fitness trajectory.
