Plan Description
HALF DIST TRIATHLON FLORIANOPOLIS BRAZIL - The race starts with a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim in the calm and clear waters of the Jurerê Internacional Beach. The athletes will face a triangular course with the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the white sand beach on the other. With an average water temperature of 22°C (72°F), the swim is sure to be an enjoyable start to the race.
BIKE - The 56-mile (90 km) bike course, which will take them through the scenic and hilly terrain of Florianopolis. The bike course includes a mix of challenging climbs and thrilling descents, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the lush vegetation and stunning beaches. The weather conditions for the bike course can vary, with an average temperature of 25°C (77°F) and a chance of occasional light showers.
Finally, the athletes will complete the race with a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run, taking place on the boardwalk of the famous Beira Mar Norte. The flat and fast course offers a perfect opportunity for athletes to push themselves to the limit and finish strong. With temperatures averaging around 28°C (82°F), athletes will be sure to feel the heat!
