This 36-week advanced training plan is built specifically for athletes like you: experienced, driven, and aiming for peak performance in one of South America's most scenic and competitive races.

The 1.9 km ocean swim at Ingleses Beach has a unique point-to-point start. You'll need sighting confidence, pacing control, and open water comfort — all emphasized in our early swim training blocks, with a special focus on stroke efficiency and pace discipline.

The 90 km bike course, a blend of rolling hills and fast flats, is exactly the kind of terrain our strength-endurance and threshold power intervals prepare you for. You'll build the muscular endurance to tackle hills and the ability to stay aero and fast on flats.

The 21.1 km run winds through the heart of Florianopolis. Our run programming includes aerobic tempo miles and progressive pacing work to help you finish strong — especially through that historic, scenic final stretch.
